My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with his and hers sinks, two king beds, and a beautiful ceramic bathtub, but there was a funny smell. The service was friendly and helpful, but some privacy issues were noted during room cleaning. The location was good overall but a bit dirty and lacking a non-slip mat. The dining options were subpar, with a lack of variety and poor service.

The hotel is amazingly comfortable. I would definitely stay there on our next visit to Bangkok. The bathroom doesn't have an anti-slip mat, which is a bit surprising for a 4-star hotel. It can be a bit loud at night, at least on the 3rd floor.

The location is very close to Terminal 21 and Asok BTS, within a 5-minute walk. Being an easy walk from both the skytrain and metro, with loads of restaurants and shops, makes it a great location in Sukhumvit near BTS for easy transportation.
